I help organisations turn complex, human problems into workable products, services and programmes, using human-centred design, service design and design thinking.
Over a decade of delivery across public health, financial services, climate resilience, agriculture, education and humanitarian response, for clients ranging from Nedbank and Telkom to the African Union, UNICEF, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the World Bank. I've led design research, co-creation and prototyping work across South Africa, Ghana, Kenya, and Poland.
